For the past 15 years, Dina has been creating and building great brands including Nestle, Intuit, Symantec, Snapfish and LookSmart among others. Whether at a traditional ad agency, integrated marketing firm or promotional marketing agency, Dina understands how to lead client and agency teams to produce work that inspires, influences and impacts attitudes and behavior.

In her most recent position, at Now Corporation, Dina led the strategic development and implementation of two national promotions for Glen Ellen wines resulting in double-digit growth with each program.

While at Rathje Chadwick & Company, Dina worked on building a handful of brands from the ground up. Whether it was a new search engine; Looksmart, an online film developer; Snapfish, or an accelerated recovery system; CoolSystems (now Game Ready) Dina employed a target-centric approach to understand the landscape into which these new products and services wanted to compete. After uncovering the opportunities, challenges and ultimately the sweet spot for these brands, Dina helped define positioning and standards under which all marketing communication was developed and evaluated.

At Foote, Cone and Belding Dina was responsible for the Nestle account. She developed marketing and promotion strategies that drove the sales of a variety of brands including Contadina Pasta and Sauces, Juicy Juice, Nestea and Carnation Hot Cocoa.
